JURISDICTIONS OBSERVING:
On Friday July 3, 2026, FEDERAL and MOST STATE gov't offices will close in observance of the Independence Day holiday. EXCEPT THESE STATES WILL BE OPEN regular hours California, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, and Wisconsin. NOTE: Rhode Island will observe a holiday closure on Monday, July 6, 2026.
