Capitol Services maintains the appropriate technical and organizational measures that are necessary to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks associated with the categories of personal information and the processing we undertake. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

In responding to requests, we will only collect the necessary personal information to verify the authenticity of the request and will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by the CCPA.
