Our Culture

We Are Our Culture.

At Capitol Services, we believe success is built upon having the best interests of both our clients and employees in mind. Great service starts with friendly people who are given opportunities to grow. We not only want to satisfy our clients; we actually want them to enjoy working with us. By fostering trust and respect and embracing work-life balance, we have created an environment that nurtures service that goes Above and Beyond. Fairness, integrity, and accountability to clients and employees alike are highly valued. And having a little fun never hurts.

Our culture is deeply rooted
in values that promote
teamwork to achieve
fantastic personal service
while still enjoying our jobs.

A Closer Look

Our new headquarters in Austin welcomes you.

"Capitol Services is unique in that I can actually say we all have the same goals: (1) take care of our families; (2) take care of our clients; and (3) take care of each other. When all three fall into place, everyone is happy. It really feels amazing to work for such a wonderful company." - Parrish M. - Baton Rouge, LA

Some people like to go on a long walk or read a book to clear their mind. Kay Crawford (Austin — Marketing) likes to throw paint! At the beginning of her painting journey, she found some aspects of the paint pouring process quite frustrating, but with time and experience it turned meditative. Five years later, not only is Kay still slinging paint, she's teaching classes to others on how they can do it too! #LifeOutside
