JURISDICTIONS OBSERVING:
The Michigan Corporations Division offices will be closed Thursday-Friday (June 19-20, 2025) for a system upgrade. Offices will reopen Monday, June 23, 2025 at 8:00 am ET. The new business online system "MiBusiness Registry Portal" will go live at this time as well.
