Texas SOS Launches New UCC System on 9/1
The Texas SOS will be rolling out a new UCC system on Monday, September 1st. We anticipate a smooth transition but wanted to keep our clients aware in case there is any unexpected interruption in service when it comes to Texas state UCC searches and filings.
The following systems and/or services could be affected:
- XML e-filings via UCC Filing Manager
- TX UCC Searches
- TX UCC Filings
Rest assured, our team is project managing this over the weekend as well as continuing to test on launch day. Support will be available from Capitol Services upon resuming our normal business hours at 8a CST on Tuesday, September 2nd.
