As a courtesy, we would like to remind you that Texas Public Information Reports (PIRs) are due May 15, 2025. Companies over the no tax due threshold of $2.47 million will also need to file a Franchise Tax Report by that date. More information about franchise tax requirements can be found on the Texas Comptroller’s website.
