The Arizona Corporation Commission and Secretary of State are transitioning to a new platform, Arizona Business Connect, which is scheduled to be released on January 12, 2026.
Between 5p MT on January 2, 2026 and 8a MT on January 12, 2026, existing state systems and the new platform will be completely unavailable. During this transition, there will be:
- No processing of business filings of any kind;
- No retrieval of Good Standings or corporate documents;
- No entity searches or name availability; and
- No in-person or online services.
In some circumstances, Capitol Services may be able to submit filings during the period that the system is down; the State will hold all filings until Arizona Business Connect becomes available on January 12.
Important Cut-Off Dates Before System Transition:
- Arizona Corporation Commission (Corporations and LLCs): All next-day requests must be submitted by January 1, 2026.
- Arizona Secretary of State (LPs, LLPs, and LLLPs): All filings and document requests must have been submitted by December 29, 2025.
Please note that Capitol Services and all state agencies will be closed on January 1, 2026.
