The state of Delaware will be holding a Department of State Employee Retreat on Wednesday, May 1, and as a result, their staff hours will be shifted. This will affect Delaware orders in the following ways:
• Same-day and must-approval service will be unavailable.
• All 30-minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour service must be received by 9a EDT.
• 24-hour service must be received by 12p EDT.
