The Florida Division of Corporations has announced that they will be performing scheduled maintenance on Sunbiz from 5p ET on July 1 through 8a ET on July 7. In addition, state offices will be closed July 2-6. As a result, Florida corporate filings cannot be submitted during this period, nor can corporate documents be requested.
