The Delaware Division of Corporations will be holding its Employee Recognition event on Friday, and as a result, their staff hours will be shifted. This will affect Delaware orders in the following ways:
- Division staff will be unavailable between 11:00a – 2:00p EST.
- 30-minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour filing requests will not be processed between the hours of 11:00a – 2:00p EST and must be submitted prior to 10a in order to be processed prior to the recognition event.
- 30-minute and 1-hour service must be submitted by 5:00p EST and 2-hour service must be submitted by 4:00p EST. Please note our Delaware reps will need your filings in-hand and prepared for submission at least 15 minutes prior to cutoff time.
- Friday’s file date will be able to be secured by our representatives; please make sure to specify this when sending your request.
