Delaware Operating on a Limited Schedule on 9/19
The Delaware Division of Corporations will be holding its Employee Recognition event on Friday, September 19, and as a result, their staff hours will be shifted.
This will affect Delaware orders in the following ways:
- There will be no Same Day or Must Approval service on Friday, September 19.
- All Division Employees will depart for the day at 11:30a ET.
- All 30 minute and 1 Hour filings must be received by 10:00a ET.
- All 2 Hour filings must be received by 9:00a ET.
- All 24 hour filings must be received by 12p Noon ET.
- Capitol Services’ Delaware Team will still be able to obtain documents and submit filings to secure the file date until 10:00p ET.
