The Delaware Division of Corporations will be holding its Employee Recognition Event on Friday, September 16, and as a result, their staff hours will be shifted. This will affect Delaware orders in the following ways:
- Division staff will be unavailable after 11:30a EDT.
- There will be no same-day level priority filings.
- 2-hour service must be submitted by 9:00a EDT; 30-minute and 1-hour service must be submitted by 10:00a EDT; and 24-hour service must be submitted by 12:00p EDT. Please note our Delaware reps will need your filings in-hand and prepared for submission at least 15 minutes prior to cutoff time.
- Friday’s file date will be able to be secured by our representatives; please make sure to specify this when sending your request.
