If you opt to designate a separate garnishment contact, service of process documents that are identified as garnishments, such as orders to withhold or warrants of levy, received on behalf of the company will be forwarded to the garnishment contact via email the same day they are received. In the event that no garnishment contact has been designated, such documents will be forwarded to the service of process contact. An unlimited number of additional email addresses may be provided and are included when the document is delivered electronically. Electronic acknowledgement of receipt of garnishment-related service of process is required.
