The wait is over—our new Corporate Entity Manager (CEM) is now live and ready for you to explore. With a streamlined interface and powerful new tools, managing your companies has never been easier.
Whether you’re tracking registrations, accessing reports, or updating contacts, everything you need is now in one place—right inside your Capitol Services Client Dashboard. The new CEM is integrated with Capitol Services’ registered agent records and your Annual Report Management Services (ARMS) information in a way not available in the previous version, allowing for smoother, more efficient client workflows.
If Capitol Services is your Registered Agent, you already have full access to the new CEM—it’s free! Your current login credentials still work, and resetting your password is simple if needed. Our CEM User Guide is available within the Client Dashboard.

CEM Pro (Coming in 2026)
We are excited to announce the development of an advanced corporate entity manager, CEM Pro. For companies managing multiple entities, our new corporate entity manager will provide enhanced tools, including:
