What is your perfect weekend getaway?
A weekend at the beach with a good book, a bottle of wine, and no phone.

What 3 things would you never do on vacation?
Wear a watch — who cares what time it is on vacation? Go zip-lining — I’m afraid of heights and even more afraid of falling. Eat raw seafood — that is just gross.

What was your first job?
A cashier at Fays Drugs. It was probably one of the most boring jobs ever, but it gave me spending money in high school and college and that is what mattered.

What traffic laws or moving violations do you always seem to break?
The rolling stop at stop signs; I seem to do this on a daily basis. In my defense, I live in a neighborhood that has stop signs on every other street and everyone does it (she says blinking innocently.)

What celebrity chef would you want to cater your dinner party?
Giada; she makes really interesting things that I would never attempt to cook on my own. And she is always so happy!

Have you ever rescued anyone or anything?
Numerous cats over the years. I’m close to becoming the crazy cat lady!

Which do you like more: a really good book or a great movie?
A really good book. I don’t like to see any movies based on books I enjoyed because they are usually disappointing.

If someone asked you to give them a random piece of advice, what would you say?
Eat dessert first!!!

What sound relaxes you?
The sound of waves or rain.

What is your perfect weekend getaway?
Napa/Sonoma. It’s so pretty and has THE BEST wine ever.

What 3 things would you never do on vacation?
1. Swim with sharks (for obvious reasons)
2. Workout
3. Forget to take pictures

What was your first job?
Ben & Jerry’s. I couldn’t eat ice cream for YEARS after that.

What traffic laws or moving violations do you always seem to break?
Speeding.

What celebrity chef would you want to cater your dinner party?
Gordon Ramsey. More so for entertainment purposes; he cracks me up.

Who can you impersonate really well?
My grandma lol.

What’s the earliest memory of your childhood?
Probably Disneyland. I remember the night parade the most.

What instance did you not take “no” for an answer?
When my husband told me we couldn’t have a dog. He knew he wouldn’t win that battle!

What’s the most important thing you ever forgot?
When I forget to put on my wedding ring before leaving the house, I panic! I feel naked without it.

What celebrity do you think is a positive role model for kids today?
Taylor Swift, Reese Witherspoon… So many great woman role models today.

If you had to describe yourself as a flavor, what would it be?
Chocolate chip cookie dough.
