| Enhanced Services For Registered Agent Clients |

Capitol Corporate Services, Inc. now includes email notification of Service of Process as part of the basic package of registered agent services. In addition to sending the actual documents to the designated recipient via Federal Express Standard Air, we will also transmit a preliminary notice to as many email addresses as requested. This service allows corporate legal departments to customize forwarding instructions and create a 'safety net' by including multiple recipients - General Counsel, Outside Counsel, Litigation Support Personnel, etc. - anyone who may need to know quickly that a legal action has been served.
Our notifications are automatically generated and provide preliminary information such as the name of the entity being served, date received, state and court name, title of case, and forwarding information. An image of the first few pages of the document in Adobe PDF format is also attached. We also maintain a secure Internet link to view the stored image of the service of process documents. To request this additional option, please contact Micah Caudle in our Registered Agent department at mcaudle@capitolservices.com to provide authorization and the email address of designated recipients. |
