| Delaware Certification Questions? |

As of July 3, 2006, all certificates from the State of Delaware are issued in black on white instead of blue and gold on white. These documents include Certificates of Good Standing, Certified Copies of Articles, and UCC searches among others. Capitol Services will provide Delaware documents in the format in which we receive them, as ‘tif’ attachments to emails. Because the change in appearance is dramatic and Delaware documents are used throughout the business world, there have been some concerns about authenticity.
